GEORGE TOWN: DAP whip R.S.N. Rayer (DAP-Seri Delima) took his own party colleague Teh Yee Cheu (DAP-Tanjung Bungah) to task over his proposal to limit the chief minister’s term of office.
Rayer said he was disheartened that Teh had chosen to present his case during a roundtable dialogue organised by Penang Gerakan Youth on Saturday.
