PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has congratulated newly-appointed Commonwealth secretary-general Patricia Scotland on being the first woman to hold the prestigious position.

The Prime Minister, who is currently on a working trip in London, met with Scotland at Marlborough House on Monday morning.
