SEREMBAN: Some 200 villagers in Ulu Temiang are now a happy lot after the High Court here allowed them to use an access road which runs through a plot of land owned by a developer to get to their homes and farms.
The villagers, who were represented pro bono by a team from the MCA legal bureau, were involved in a dispute with the developer for several years.
