Marland: Strong foundation a must to forge ahead

LONDON: The Com­mon­wealth Enterprise and Invest­ment Council chairman has lauded the strong rule of law in both Malaysia and Britain, a strength he says helps in building business activities bet­ween the countries.

Lord Marland (pic) , who hailed Malay-sians for investing in Britain in its time of need and delivering on what has to be done, noted that doing business in the Commonwealth was 19% cheaper.
