Foreigners with links to terror groups deported

KUALA LUMPUR: Two Russians and a Sri Lankan have been detained on suspicion of having terrorism links to various groups, including the Islamic State.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the three men were detained by the Bukit Aman Special Branch Counter Ter­rorism Division during two special operations held on March 28 and April 22 in Selangor.
