KUALA LUMPUR: Two Russians and a Sri Lankan have been detained on suspicion of having terrorism links to various groups, including the Islamic State.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the three men were detained by the Bukit Aman Special Branch Counter Terrorism Division during two special operations held on March 28 and April 22 in Selangor.
