PETALING JAYA: DAP has terminated the membership of Teluk Datok assemblyman Loh Chee Heng (pic) for allegedly misusing state funds allocated for his constituency.
DAP acting national chairman Tan Kok Wai said that the party had received a written complaint over Loh's alleged misuse of state funds in March and requested the Selangor DAP state committee to conduct an internal investigation.
