KOTA BARU: A company, which is carrying out cloud-seeding operations in Kelantan for free, has successfully launched salt flares in the skies to induce rain.
AF Jets Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Amrul Nizar Anuar, who was born in the state, said the operations costing RM300,000 would be borne by the company for the people of Kelantan whose rivers, lakes and water wells were drying up.
