ARAU: The Raja of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail, said heads of government departments and agencies must live in the state so that they can also spend the weekends working on the development of Perlis.
He said it had come to his attention that some officers “disappear” over weekends to be with their families outside the state.
