JOHOR BARU: A man, believed to have been abducted and beaten up by an 'Ah Long' (loan shark) for defaulting on a loan, was rescued by the police about four hours after the abduction at a petrol station in Larkin here Wednesday.
The 32-year-old victim was said to have borrowed money from an unlicensed money-lender but defaulted in repayment of instalments.
