PETALING JAYA: Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali has denied reports that the Attorney-General’s Chambers has closed a case involving businesswoman Phang Li Koon for allegedly making a false statutory declaration (SD).
The Attorney-General said in a statement on Wednesday that his office had not made any decision regarding the case, and that it was still being studied.
