PETALING JAYA: The local vaping community is encouraged by a British study that concludes that it is safer to smoke e-cigarettes compared to tobacco.
A study by the Tobacco Advisory Group of the Royal College of Physicians, which was published last Thursday, concluded that e-cigarettes "appear to be effective when used by smokers as an aid to quit smoking".
