Objection to Uber intervening in suit

Angering taxi drivers: London's black cab drivers have had high-profile protests against Uber that even brought traffic in the city centre to a standstill.

KUALA LUMPUR: A group of taxi drivers and the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) are objecting to ride-sharing service Uber’s bid to intervene in a lawsuit between the two parties.

Lead counsel for the taxi drivers, R. Kengadharan, said both his clients and SPAD were resisting Uber’s bid to intervene in the matter.
