PUTRAJAYA: Physical force inflicted by police officers caused the death of N. Dharmendran while under custody in 2013, the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) has found.
EAIC chairman Datuk Yaacob Md Sam (pic), when presenting the findings of its probe into Dharmendran's death, said police officers also made false entries in a lock-up diary and tampered with the time of the entries.
