SHAH ALAM: Thirteen detainees at the Sungai Buloh prison have been charged in a magistrate’s court with the murder of a fellow detainee during a gang fight.
According to the charge, which was read to them yesterday, the men allegedly killed Ram Kumar Govindasamy, 25, during an illegal gathering between 12.45pm and 1pm on April 16.
