GEORGE TOWN: The Sessions Court here will decide on April 29 whether Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer (pic) has to enter his defence on two sedition charges.
Sessions judge Roslan Hamid fixed the date after hearing submissions at the end of the prosecution’s case by DPP Lim Cheah Yit and DPP Datuk Razali Che Ani, and defence counsel Gobind Singh Deo.
