KUALA LUMPUR: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) is concerned that it might "be in the red" by the latter months of the year if its budget is not replenished by the Government.
Its outgoing chairman Tan Sri Hasmy Agam said that their budget this year had been cut by almost 50% compared to previous years where they had received about RM10mil to RM11mil annually.
