PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has ordered the case of Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan and his lawyer Matthias Chang over the granting of bail for their detention under the Security Offences (Special Measures) 2012 Act (Sosma) to be transferred back to the High Court.
The three-panel judge headed by Justice Datuk Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat said this was because the prosecution had filed the initial notice of appeal at the High Court.
