KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has stayed proceedings in the application for judicial review filed by Sidang Injil Borneo (SIB) to challenge the seizure of religious books which contained the word “Allah”.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah ordered the stay pending disposal of an appeal by SIB.
