PETALING JAYA: Having a waistline the size of an A4-sized paper has become a trend in China recently. Many Chinese women have been posting photos of an A4 paper in front of their waists on Weibo, a social media channel in the country.

According to International Organization of Standardization (ISO), an A4-sized paper is 21cm wide and 29cm long.
