KUALA LUMPUR: Former MIC strategic director K. Ramalingam and seven party members' suit over alleged conspiracy in the party elections is set to be heard in August.
The plaintiffs' lawyer David Mathews said High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam fixed the trial to be heard from Aug 22.
