Sultan: Study why people are joining militant groups

IPOH: Authorities need to identify, understand and analyse the factors that could influence people to join militant movements, said Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah.

The arrest and detention of those supporting and joining militant movements such as the Islamic State group (IS) was one way to combat the matter, he said.
