Replacing Causeway ‘not solution’ to easing congestion, says Singapore minister

SINGAPORE: Replacing the Causeway is “not the solution” to border congestion, Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said (pic).

“Both governments are working to improve congestion at the Causeway and at our borders,” he added.
