KUALA LUMPUR: In an unexpected move, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pix) and his family members want the Federal Court to decide if the decision of the Pardons Board not to grant a royal pardon can be challenged in court over the former opposition leader’s sodomy conviction.
