KUALA LUMPUR: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng should act as a responsible leader by admonishing Ali Tinju, rather than diverting attention away from the controversy surrounding the price of his bungalow, says MCA’s Religious Harmony Bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker.
