PETALING JAYA: The Foreign Ministry has condemned the kidnapping of four Malaysians by eight Filipino gunmen in the waters off Ligitan Island in Sabah.
"Malaysia strongly condemns the senseless and barbaric act," it said in a statement Saturday night.
