SHAH ALAM: Selangor's Barisan Nasional assemblymen are questioning the state government's need to build two new water treatment plants when the Langat 2 project has yet to be completed.
The state government had allocated RM800mil to build the plants in Jenderam Hilir, Semenyih, and Labohan Dagang, Kuala Langat.
