BUKIT MERTAJAM: A Penang PKR assemblyman who allegedly likened the police to licensed street thugs for removing Free Anwar billboards is under probe for sedition.
Machang Bubok assemblyman Lee Khai Loon said the police recorded his statement under Section 4(1)(b) of the Sedition Act yesterday.
