KUALA LUMPUR: Parliamentarians cannot question the Attorney-General directly unless he is an elected or appointed representative, says Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Nancy Shukri (pic).
This was in line with paragraphs (1) and (2) of Standing Orders 20 and 21, which allows questions to be posed only to ministers, MPs or senators, she said to a question from Selayang MP William Leong Jee Keen on whether the A-G should answer to the parliament.
