KUALA LUMPUR: The Rukun Tetangga (RT) needs to be transformed to keep up with the changing times, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said.
The Deputy Prime Minister said the RT has to evolve into an entity to show unity and solidarity among the people to face present challenges.
