GEORGE TOWN: Both MCA and Gerakan leaders are asking how Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng could not have known the real price of his property when the value of the land where the bungalow is situated was estimated at RM4.27mil by the Inland Revenue Board.

A letter dated Aug 27, 2015, on the transfer of the land title issued by the board has gone viral on social media.
