KUALA LUMPUR: Former PKR vice-president Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim (pic) has said that he did not and will not support the Citizen's Declaration and added that the best way to change the government is to wait for the next General Election.
Khalid told The Star Online that he felt the declaration was not the way to go.
