KUALA LUMPUR: Parliament has rejected a motion by the Opposition calling for the removal of Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali.
Opposition leader Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail (pic), who tabled the motion on Feb 21, said the move was rejected by the Speaker on the grounds that "it did not fit the Constitution."
