Making the disabled feel at home

Fadzli Fadhilah brings his own unique perspective and experience to the assisted living home he owns. He was diagnosed with ALS in 2008.

PETALING JAYA: By the disabled, for the disabled. That’s the idea behind Fadzli Fadhilah’s recent acquisition of an assisted living home for the disabled.

“I have wanted to own and run an assisted home for years. My dreams have helped me stay engaged with life as I deal with this disease,” said the 39-year-old, who has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
