KUALA LUMPUR: Ride-sharing service Uber is applying to the High Court to be a party in a lawsuit filed by a group of taxi drivers against the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
Lead counsel for the group R. Kengadharan said that they had been told that Uber wanted to be an intervener in the suit but he had yet to be served the court papers.
