KUALA LUMPUR: MCA’s central committee has decided to adopt the electoral vote as a new mechanism to elect party leaders.
The mechanism will go hand-in-hand with the party’s plan to expand the voter base, from the present 2,400 central delegates to some 40,000 division-level ones.
