High Court closes Pahang MB’s defamation case against Utusan Melayu

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court had closed a defamation case brought by Pahang Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob (pic) against Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd.

Justice Yeoh Wee Siam closed the civil suit on Wednesday after Utusan Melayu’s lawyer Elly Azreen Khalid informed her that the Court of Appeal had allowed the appeal to strike out the suit.
