GAB confirms excise duty increase for beer and stout

PETALING JAYA: Prices of beer and stout went up on Mar 1 due to an increase in excise duties, says Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB).

In a statement Wednesday, GAB managing director Hans Essaadi said it had made price adjustments to its products in line with the new tax structure.
