KUALA LUMPUR: Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) is applying to be an intervener in the judicial review proceedings by some 62 registered strata title owners of Ampang Park Shopping Centre to stay the ongoing land acquisition bid for a MRT project.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah has set this Thursday to hear the intervener application.
