MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai greeted by Terengganu MCA chief Datuk Toh Chin Yaw upon his arrival at the Chap Goh Meh unity carnival in Kampung Cina, Kuala Terengganu.

KUALA TERENGGANU: The Transport Ministry welcomes all constructive recommendations to help make roads safe for all users.

Its minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said a valid licence was the minimum requirement for motorists to ensure that they understand the laws and gain road safety skills and awareness.
