KOTA BARU: A high impact pilot project, which reflects the Education Ministry’s austerity drive in the long term, has succeeded in reducing 50% in minor maintenance costs of about 10,000 schools.
Known as NBOS-PILS (National Blue Ocean Strategy – Program Inisiatif Libat Sama or Collaboration Initiative Programme), the project had kicked off in 2013.
