NIBONG TEBAL: A lorry driver who allegedly rammed 22 cars and two motorcycles near the Taman Berjaya market here Sunday was found to have no driving licence.
Seberang Perai Selatan (SPS) district police chief Supt Wan Hassan Wan Ahmad said the man in his 30s, surrendered at the SPS police headquarters around 9pm and was detained.
