KUALA LUMPUR: A temporary centre to prepare juvenile offenders for reintegration into society after their detention is part of the proposed amendments to the Child Act 2001.
Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim said the centre would be a “transit point” for juveniles who would be clueless about their future after their release.
