PUTRAJAYA: Employers should make full use of the government’s rehiring programme to legalise their foreign workers to save them in cost as well as from prosecution, says the Home Ministry.
Apart from compound to be paid by both employees and the workers concerned, the ministry has assured all parties that they would not be penalised if they take part in this programme.
