KUALA LUMPUR: The MIC is ready to face the lawsuit against its president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam, who says the legal hurdle would not divert the party's focus on serving the Indian community.
Dr Subramaniam said the Registrar of Societies’ (RoS) decision on who was the lawful party president was based on facts obtained after thorough investigations.
