PETALING JAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (pic) has taken his campaign against Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak a step further by becoming patron of the Coalition of Umno Branch Chiefs Malaysia (GKCM).
The group, made up of Umno branch leaders who are against the Prime Minister and party president, said Dr Mahathir had agreed to become its patron at a meeting at the former premier’s office in Yayasan Al Bukhari on Friday.
