KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic on all major highways was reported to be flowing smoothly as at noon as city folk continued to return from their hometowns and villages after the Chinese New Year holiday.
A PLUS Malaysia Berhad spokesman said traffic was reported to be moving slowly southwards on the North-South Expressway especially at the Menora Tunnel in Perak due to a higher volume of traffic.
