KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman is contemplating increasing compound fines for traffic offenders.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pic) said they want to suggest this in light of the increasing number of accidents and fatalities, especially during the festive season.
