KUALA LUMPUR: As of 1pm, traffic was reported to be congesting on the North-South Highway (PLUS).
A PLUS spokesman when contacted, said the northbound traffic was reported to be chock-a-block from Jelapang to Kuala Kangsar, Permatang Pauh to Sungai Dua and the Penang Bridge from the island to the middle of the bridge.
