KUALA LUMPUR: Former MIC strategic director A.K. Ramalingam has filed a lawsuit against party president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam over an alleged conspiracy to topple Datuk Seri G. Palanivel.
Ramalingam and seven others are seeking to remove Subramaniam as party president.
