KUALA LUMPUR: Two of PAS’ news organs have been instructed to reply to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s objection over articles to be used in the trial of his 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) defamation suit against the publication and portal.
High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng fixed Feb 23 in chambers after meeting Najib’s lead counsel Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun and Harakah’s managing director and writer Dr Rosli Yaakop and Harakahdaily portal editor-in-chief Taufek Yahya’s counsel Mohd Faiz Fadzil.
